Making the sign of the cross is very familiar to Catholics. It is one of the first things we learn about the faith. But what does it really mean to make the sign of the cross? Where does this practice come from?
Our Catholic faith is understood through two major building blocks: Scripture and Tradition. When Christ established the Church, He gave us these beautiful gifts so that we might grow ever closer to God and spread the Gospel to the whole world.
