WATERTOWN, MASS. (February 2, 2017) – This morning, students from St. Mary of the Assumption School attended the televised Daily Mass at the CatholicTV Network studios in Watertown. The Mass was part of National Catholic Schools Week, an annual observance highlighting Catholic education.

Father Brian Clary, pastor of Saint Mary of the Assumption parish in Brookline, celebrated the Mass. In his homily, Father Clary spoke about the Presentation of Jesus at the Temple, and what it means for people to encounter God. Students from St. Mary’s School assisted during the Mass as lectors and altar servers.
