O’Malley, OFM Cap.,  will present 116 Cheverus Award Medals to laypersons, deacons and religious during a 3PM Vespers prayer service at the Cathedral of The Holy Cross, Boston, MA. Watertown, (November 1, 2014) On the feast of All Saints the CatholicTV Network premieres “Renewed” , a 10-part video series based on the book by the name by author Father Robert Reed.  The introductory episode provides an overview of the series as Father Reed recounts his encounter with Sister Lydia, SSJ which inspired his great love of the saints and their powerful Christian witness. This witness eventually inspired Fr. Reed’s vocation to the priesthood.

WATERTOWN, MA September 22, 2014) -- The CatholicTV Network will hold its annual telethon on Friday, September 26th, and Saturday, September 27th. The telethon will air from 9AM to 9PM ET on Friday and 9AM to 10PM ET on Saturday.

The CatholicTV telethon will broadcast from the Msgr. Francis T. McFarland Television Center in Watertown, MA. CatholicTV president Father Robert Reed, General Manager/EVP Jay Fadden and Senior Producer Kevin Nelson will host this annual event; it is the major fundraiser for the viewer-supported Catholic television station.
